DMCA Policy
Socialyte Labs Inc. respects intellectual property rights and expects users of our services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. §512) ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable law.
Designated Copyright Agent
DMCA notices must be sent to our designated agent. After we complete Copyright Office registration, this section will match the name, address, and phone published in the Directory.

Takedown Notice Requirements
If you believe content on Socialyte infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL or other specific location).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that complies with 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). We may restore content in accordance with the DMCA. Submit counter-notifications to the same designated agent email above, with subject line "DMCA counter-notification."
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may terminate or restrict accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrights or who we reasonably believe are repeatedly infringing, in appropriate circumstances and consistent with applicable law.
Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
